Hi   Viv, it's Anna! I wanted to get in contact with you to let you know that I had 2 interviews last week for my fashion management course! One at Westminster and the other at LCF where I have applied for two courses. I've just got an offer from Westminster and already have one from Nottingham Trent and would like to say thank you again for letting me do my work experience with you :) I doubt I would've got this far with the universities if I hadn't have had my work experience with you! I would have texted you but I seem to have lost your number somehow. Hope you are all well at Twice a Lady,

I came in today to look for a dress for a Christmas doo. Ended up with a lovely dress and my darling husband bought me a coat too....in this weather!!!! Our first visit to the shop and to Southwell although I do tend to drag my long suffering hubbie around many dress agency shops all over the Country aaah bless him he is very patient with me. I must say I have never been in one which is so lovely, pretty girly shopping with a beautiful atmosphere and the ladies running it are fabulous, so kind and helpful. We will be back to Southwell and this shop and will be telling all my friends where you are. Heavenly, thanks so much and when I lose my last bit of weight I will be back to try on those magnificent original 50s frocks. Thanks S xxxxxx

the layout, the content, the window, the ambience, stationery and your personalities.

I love this place. 3 of us found it by chance. We ended up staying almost an hour and I had to go back for more the next day!! What can I say? I am planning my third visit with more people and it's only been a week since I last went. The owner and her daughter were so patient and gave us lemonade and tea as it was such a hot day. My partner and I will hopefully be moving close to Southwell soon and I have to admit to thinking how perfect it would be to be closer to this shop. Cripes!

I came into the shop today with a few friends from school, looking for Mothers day presents. I have never been in before and i was pleasantly suprised with the wide range of things you sell. You are all lovely people and i felt very welcomed. I know for a fact i will visit again.

Twice A Lady Boutique is beautiful and the welcome when entering is so professional and so friendly - quite a rarity nowadays! The decor in the shop is amazing and I had to pinch my arm to remind myself the items on display were actually second hand, as everything was presented so perfectly and my purchases were wrapped with loving care and style. I certainly did not feel I had bought second hand items and left the shop knowing I wil be returning again and again. All in all, a delightful and friendly shopping experience. Thank you!

I felt I was in "Aladins" cave !! Wonderful atmosphere. I took a friend not knowing what to expect and she keeps asking me when we are going back. It was a really nice to look round and it was one of those experiences where you had to keep looking because you saw something different each time. Very tempting to spend a lot but you couldn't because everything was so reasonably priced

I love your evenings trying on great clothes in a relaxed atmosphere and chatting with friends. You always make me feel most welcome and theres new pieces every time. I have also successfully sold a monsoon dress of my own in your consignment.

I absolutely love this concept and Viv has manged to make it her own.. I love the lovely warm atmosphere and the interaction with other ladies at the parties. It's a very pleasant and safe way to meet new people. Viv always makes you feel that you are the only customer and you are always guaranteed a laugh, a good chat when you visit Viv's boutque. I have purchased some gorgeous clothes at very reasonable prices. I love all the wonderful tips that she has on her website and they are always very helpfu. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable evening; Wine, friends, clothes, handbags & shoes galore. What more could a girl ask for! This is such a great idea. Like most ladies I often only wear an item once or twice & these are usually the clothes I spend the most money on, therefore wearing someone elses clothes once or twice makes sense & makes me feel less guilty. I have just spent the most amazing afternood at Vivs shop.A million miles away from the pushing around the busy shops feet aching only to find you liked the dress in the first shop half a mile away! No i was welcomed like an old friend with a coffee and a nice girly chat, then she showed me the clothes Viv has an amazing sense of whats going to look good on you and what won't and i came away with 5 beautiful dresses and spent far less than i would have done for just 2 bargin
I will be back she stocks my favourate clothes Wallis and many many others bags shoes and accessories
